Dr. Deepa Sharma is a Development Consultant with close to two decades of experience in consulting, Research, Monitoring, women centric development work, counseling and mentoring clients and students in her area of expertise.

She has been consulting in the Diversity and Inclusion space. Her past experiences include stints with PLAN International, Institute of Social Studies Trust (ISST), New Delhi, Ministry of Rural Development / Delhi School of Social Work, Delhi University, Singamma Sreenivasan Foundation, Bangalore and Development Communication India where she has worked in a wide range of areas involved with social change and women’s development.

She is Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Social Work from Delhi School of Social Work, DelhiUniversity. She also received the Ford Foundation Fellowship to do her Post Graduate Diploma in Universalizing Socio-Economic Security for the Poor from Institute of Social Studies (ISS), The Hague, Netherlands. She speaks English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Shekhawati & Dhundhari (dialects of Rajasthan).

Sangeeta Mathur is a Human Resource Consultant with experience in Consulting and Executive Search.

Her past experience includes managing executive assignments with stints at leading search firms search firms like Ma Foi Management Consultants. She brings with her, experience in CXO level hiring for large Indian and global conglomerates. Her focus has been across the verticals of IT, Telecom, Insurance, Banking along with FMCG, Engineering and Infrastructure. She has worked
in multicultural work environments overseas and is well equipped to appreciate and understand the nuances required in the hiring of diverse and inclusive talent.

Sangeeta has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, with a specialization in Human Resources.

Her other interests include education: working with children with special needs; as well as in the area of content development and implementation of learning initiatives for underprivileged adults.
