Founded in 2019, Inclusive IndiaHR Consultants organically evolved from IndiaHR Advisers (est. 2015) with a clear mission: to provide simple, effective, and principled solutions to everyday HR challenges. Our focus has always been on facilitating the growth and career progression of mid- and senior-level women professionals, while supporting organizations in finding and nurturing the right talent.

Over the years, we have partnered with organizations across India, spanning manufacturing, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, and infrastructure sectors. While our client partners come from diverse industries, what unites them is a shared commitment to inclusive workplace practices and statutory compliance.
