  • 1. Preventive Intervention

    End to End preventive coverage of your workplace from harassment

Our preventive initiatives include:

  • Relevant Policy formulation through a consultative process. The Policy thus formulated is unique and customized for your organization. It is in keeping with your organization’s vision and existing policies. At the same time, it is designed to follow the relevant Law.
  • Support in formulation of all the relevant ancillary documents
  • Orientation to the HR Team on the WHAT and HOW of their role with reference to PoSH within the workplace.
  • Assistance and handholding in the formulation of the mandatory Internal Committee
  • Providing the External Member to be on board the Internal Committee
  • Providing ongoing support in keeping the Internal Committee effective and functional
  • Development of awareness material for use within your organization
  • Conducting Mandatory Sensitization training to all the employees of your workplace
