Dr. Deepa Sharma
Founder Director, Inclusive IndiaHR Consultants (OPC) P. Ltd.
She is a development consultant and lawyer who bridges academic insight with impactful work in diversity, inclusion, and women’s empowerment. With a Masters and Ph.D. in Social Work (Delhi University) and a Ford Foundation–supported postgraduate diploma from ISS, The Hague, she excels in designing inclusive workplace solutions informed by her work with leading social-development organizations.
She is a true polyglot who speaks six languages, helping her form human connections and break barriers.

Madhura DasGupta Sinha
Founder & CEO of Aspire For Her, is a former banker with over 25 years of leadership experience. She launched AFH in 2020 to champion women’s economic participation in India—aiming to add 1 million working women and inject USD 5 billion into GDP by 2025. An XLRI alumna and Chevening Scholar, Madhura now channels her expertise into building a global movement for financial independence and gender equity
Rajat Mathur
Rajat brings more than 25 years of global expertise in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. As Managing Director at Morgan Stanley India since 2016, he steers HR governance, employee engagement, and strategy across multiple countries. Previously, he served as Executive Director in Hong Kong, VP at J.P. Morgan, and Director of HR for Deutsche Bank’s global offshoring centres.
He holds a Master’s degree from SIBM Pune and a Bachelor’s from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. An accomplished author and adventurer, Rajat has penned Dear Dad, contributed to A Wonderful Boss, and is an avid marathoner and mountaineer
