Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training Programs are designed to create a more inclusive and respectful workplace. Focussed on culture building, our training programs around unconscious bias, gender sensitisation, senior management and leadership sensitisation are aimed as a proactive intervention so that harassment incidents can be avoided.
